Who we are

The information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you:
- Enquiry details — when you use our contact or mailing-list forms, we collect the name, email, phone number and message you provide.
- Analytics data — with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed and general location). This helps us improve the website.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange your discovery call or sessions, and — if you join the mailing list — to send you occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time. We never sell your data.
Forms & messaging
Our website forms are handled by Web3Forms, which delivers your message to us by email. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Emails you send are received in our Gmail inbox.
Cookies & consent
The site uses Google Consent Mode v2 and shows a cookie banner on your first visit. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose "Accept". If you choose "Reject", no non-essential cookies are stored. You can change your mind by clearing your browser storage for this site.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to help you, and mailing-list details until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for analytics. To exercise any of these, email zoeft23@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
